p567 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.
Upon termination of your account for cause, p567 may withhold any funds in your account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, p567 may forfeit some or all of the funds in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
You may close your p567 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
p567 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
